Borghetto of Pedevilla will be your fairytale holiday home!
Built entirely of stone, with red balconies from whose windows you can admire the wild mountain landscape without any construction.

The area is ideal for beautiful walks, mushroom picking and wildlife spotting.
You can take it easy in this unique and relaxing space.

The house was built in the late 1800s. It is spread over two levels and can accommodate up to five people.

On the ground floor you reach the living room via three steps; a welcoming environment where you can relax and enjoy the conviviality around the large central table; there you will also find a double sofa bed.
In the next room there is the fully equipped kitchen, with hob, fridge, dishwasher and a characteristic wood-burning stove.

From there you access the upper floor via a wooden staircase where we find the spacious and bright double bedroom communicating with a cozy closet where there is a single bed; the numerous windows offer a great way to enjoy the view of the stars and the beautiful surroundings. The floor is completed by the modern bathroom with shower completely renovated that adds a unique touch to the overall experience of the cottage.

Outside, a large fenced garden and a gazebo with table and chairs will allow you to fully enjoy the experience of relaxation and beauty that this corner of Veneto offers while enjoying a barbecue.
For the little ones there is a swing.

Where we are

We are in Vanie, previously called Pedevilla Bassa, a small village immersed in the nature of the Valbelluna hills and a few minutes from Mel of Borgo Valbelluna, a center of historical and naturalistic interest. It is an oasis of nature, peace, space and privacy.

The hamlet can be reached, in the last stretch, by a dirt road, a slightly adventurous arrival rewarded by the immediate sense of relaxation.

Once you arrive, you will be enchanted by the spectacular panorama, from time to time roe deer and deer may come to see you, not to mention the many birds that will cheer you up with their songs, already in the morning.

Borgo Valbelluna is home to the Zumelle Castle, a medieval manor dating back to the 13th century.
