MIG 2015, the international exhibition of ice cream from 29 November to 2 December 2015

The typical products, natural tastes and lines "bio" will be the center of attention at the upcoming 56th edition of the Festival, scheduled from Sunday, November 29 to Wednesday, December 2, 2015 in the Exhibition Centre of Longarone: just one hour highway from Venice, the "city of ice" is at the heart of what are termed the "land of ice cream."

Since its first edition, in 1959, the MIG as well as international showcase of the best proposals in terms of products, machines and equipment for ice cream.

The International Exhibition of Artisan Ice Cream in Longarone is also famous for its competitions. Starting from the historic "Gold Cup", now in its 46th edition this year focused on the preparation of flavored ice cream "ricotta cheese". Wednesday, December 2 will host the final of the competition "Carlo Pozzi", which this year involves students of different hotel schools throughout Italy.
